Know the Neighborhood, Shoot for the Buyer
Coral Canyon. A large master-planned community built around an 18-hole golf course, near the I-15 exit for Zion. Many buyers here are shopping for second homes. A Matterport tour and photos of the course, the community pools, and the red rock around it help remote buyers get a feel for the area.
Green Springs. The established golf community on Washington's west side, built around Green Spring Golf Course, with gated pockets and mature landscaping. Homes here often have more trees and more character, so interior photos focus on updates and the golf or mountain views.
Sienna Hills. A master plan near the Washington Parkway exit, split into villages with a mix of townhomes, garden homes, and resort-style amenities. Some areas allow short-term rentals. For those listings, we photograph amenities and outdoor living the way guests will judge them.
Washington Fields. South of the Virgin River, this area is mostly new construction on larger lots. Sellers compete with builder listings, so crisp photos, a walkthrough video, and a Matterport tour help a resale stand out next to a model home.
Historic downtown. Older homes near the Washington Cotton Factory and the original townsite. Clean, honest photos that show character without hiding anything work best.
